Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the United States is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst to provide exceptional service to financial advisors and client teams. You will build trusted relationships through regular client interactions and support daily operations.

Key duties include client support, processing money movements, answering account questions, entering profile data, enrolling clients in digital tools, preparing materials for meetings, and assisting with marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency.
• College degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsibilities

• Support a FA/PWA/team by cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA.
• Answer general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts and/or documents in a clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g. MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist Fas/PWAs/teams in a clerical capacity with research relating to investment portfolio holdings and preparing materials for client meetings.
• Assist with data entry for key client needs such as new account opening and financial planning.
• Supporting the Fas / PWAs / teams’ marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance).
• Assist Fas / PWAs/ teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
• Remain current on all policies, procedures and new platforms.
• Participating in firm initiatives or other duties directed by local management.
