Ramsey Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join RamseyTrusted in Franklin, TN on-site. The role focuses on coaching real estate pros, managing relationships, and driving referrals with prompt, honest, and caring communication.

You will work directly with B2B and B2C clients, maintain CRM records (Salesforce is a plus), and help build trust with pros to serve clients better. Relocation assistance available and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in relationship or account management with service-driven clients.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence in calls, emails, and meetings.
• Experience tracking relationships and outcomes in a CRM is a plus (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach pros through calls and one-on-one conversations to improve follow-through on referrals.
• Provide fast, actionable feedback to pros and keep relationship details documented in CRM.
• Maintain high responsiveness, resolving issues promptly and guiding pros to next steps.
