In this Real Estate data role, you’ll own data pipelines and warehouses, migrate legacy models to a clean architecture, build reusable data products, and mentor teammates to ship reliable analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses like AWS Redshift.
• Able to learn new tools quickly.
• Enjoys building data products and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data warehouses and data marts for analytics.
• Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and key metrics as trusted sources of truth.
• Apply validation, testing, and monitoring to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver data products.
• Document data models and processes for long-term usability.
