Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Jefferson Arms to connect with future residents, highlight community features, and secure leases.

Strong verbal and written communication, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are required. Flexibility to work weekends and manage office tasks is expected. Leasing experience preferred.

RAM offers $22/hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, plus benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Prior leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest and highlight the community’s features to attract residents.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource for residents and resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and grow resident base.
• Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.
