Job summary

Schwab in the United States is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead a high-quality client experience in a direct client-facing capacity. You will coordinate across teams, partner with branch leadership, and ensure operational accuracy, workflow efficiency, and adherence to firm initiatives.

You’ll coach colleagues, reinforce service excellence, and promote accountability to drive branch performance.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required; Series 9 and 10 preferred.
• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience in financial services or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality client experience in a direct client-facing capacity.
• Coordinate across teams and partner with branch leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coach and develop staff, promote service excellence, and uphold accountability.
• Support execution of firm initiatives and regulatory compliance within the branch.
