Job summary

Charles Schwab in Wisconsin is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead branch operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. As the first point of contact, you will mentor staff, resolve escalations, and coordinate branch workflows while supporting the Branch Manager in their absence.

You will be responsible for implementing new processes, maintaining documentation, and fostering cross-functional relationships across the firm to drive client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Active Series 7, Series 63 and Series 9/10 licenses required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• 3 years’ experience with customer service.
• 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Resolve client escalations and deepen internal and external client relationships.
• Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and operations flow, implementing new processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the firm to drive client service excellence.
