Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Relationship Manager at our Bethesda, MD branch. You will be the first point of contact, supporting the Branch Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will mentor client service professionals and help implement new processes across the firm to drive operational excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory licensing, and a strong service mindset to deepen relationships with clients while coordinating branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 9/10 and 63 licenses.
• 3 years experience with customer service.
• 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Inform daily branch operations and mentor client service professionals.
• Assist Branch Manager and sales/support staff in meeting client needs and resolving escalations.
• Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and operations flow, supporting new processes across the firm.
