Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead branch operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will act as the first contact at the branch, supporting the Branch Manager and cross-functional partners to meet client needs and resolve escalations.

You will coordinate branch paperwork, train staff on new processes, and mentor client service professionals while developing cross-enterprise relationships within Schwab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 9/10 and 63 licenses.
• 3 years experience with customer service.
• 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inform daily branch operations in partnership with the Branch Manager.
• Resolve client escalations and deepen client relationships.
• Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and implement new processes.
• Mentor and develop client service professionals within the branch.
