Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead a high-performing branch team in San Mateo. You’ll deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences while coordinating across groups and supporting regulatory initiatives.

You’ll coach colleagues, drive service excellence, and navigate complex client needs with empathy and professionalism. This role blends leadership, operations, and relationship management in a fast-paced, client-first culture.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Currently hold or obtain FINRA Series 9 and 10 during tenure.
• 2+ years' management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Relevant financial services or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Coordinate across teams and partner with branch leadership on initiatives.
