Job summary

Charles Schwab in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead branch operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional client service. You will collaborate cross-functionally with team members and partners across the firm, resolving client escalations and supporting the Branch Manager in their absence.

The role emphasizes credentialed licenses, high client interaction, and the ability to manage paperwork and processes while driving branch success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• A valid and active Series 7 license required
• A valid and active Series 63 license required
• A valid and active Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within a 90 day condition of employment)
• 3 years’ experience with customer service
• 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity

Responsibilities

• Inform the daily branch operations and step in as Branch Manager in their absence.
• Assist the Branch Manager and sales/support staff to meet client needs and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and operations flow.
• Implement, train, and support new processes adopted by the firm.
• Mentor and develop client service professionals within the team.
