Job summary

Advantage Business Capital is seeking an Account Administrator to manage daily client portfolios, act as the primary contact, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments. The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and teamwork within a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

The position emphasizes accuracy in reviewing accounts receivable, maintaining client relationships, and compliance with company policies. Training period may precede hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day management of the clients in the assigned portfolio.
• Serve as the primary customer service contact for designated clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Review schedules, invoices, supporting documents, and client/debtor status before portfolio releases.
• Monitor aging, ensure accuracy of accounts receivable, and apply cash receipts per procedures.
• Make routine collection calls and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process and transmit credit card transactions for client payments.
• Gather monitoring documents and flag red flags of distress to support the Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure compliance with verification policies and audit guidelines.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal departments and address inquiries.
