• Coordinate with debtors to collect payment on receivables.
• Lead onboarding meetings to ensure a positive client start.
• Review invoices and documentation for receivable eligibility.
• Verify asset quality and maintain proper documentation.
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and inquiries.
• Conduct client reviews (90 days/annually) as required.
