• Relevant financial services or client-facing experience with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role preferred.

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience in a direct client-facing capacity.
• Coordinate across teams, partner with branch leadership, and ensure operational accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Coach team members, reinforce service excellence, and promote accountability.
• Expand leadership impact while developing expertise in client relationship management, operations, and performance.
