Job summary

Charles Schwab in Irvine is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead branch operations, mentor staff, and serve as acting Branch Manager in their absence. You will coordinate paperwork, drive exceptional client experiences, and collaborate with teams across the firm to address client needs.

The role emphasizes mentorship, process improvement, and timely resolution of escalations. You will work with sales/support and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering cross-enterprise relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 9/10 and 63 licenses.
• 3 years experience with customer service.
• 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and mentor client service professionals.
• Serve as the Branch Manager in their absence and coordinate cross-functional work with sales/support and partners across the firm.
• Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and operations flow, and implement new processes adopted by the firm.
