Overview:
Are you a natural problem-solver who loves digging into and analyzing data, streamlining processes, and making an impact on how a business runs? Our fast-growing company is looking for a Business Analyst- Enterprise Strategy & Operations to join our team in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. You will play a vital role working with the COO and senior leaders to uncover opportunities, simplify how we work, and bring innovative solutions to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enterprise Strategy & Analysis: Partner with the COO and senior leadership to evaluate company-wide operations and technology initiatives, identify value creation opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve performance and scalability.
  • Data Synthesis & Insights: Aggregate and synthesize data from across business, technology, and financial systems to surface trends, highlight risks, and develop actionable insights that inform executive decision-making.
  • Operational & Digital Transformation: Support cross-functional initiatives that streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and accelerate digital maturity across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Define, implement, and monitor enterprise KPIs that measure progress against strategic goals, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams.
  • Executive Communication: Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling presentations and updates for senior leadership, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Change Enablement: Contribute to the successful rollout of initiatives through structured change management efforts, ensuring adoption, clarity, and continuity across functions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in business, finance, or engineering preferred.
  • Professional Background: 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or enterprise strategy; experience in or exposure to technology functions and digital transformation is a plus.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into meaningful insights; expertise in financial modeling, performance analysis, and business case development.
  • Strategic Perspective: Demonstrated ability to connect the dots across operations, technology, and finance to support enterprise-level decision-making.
  • Clear Communication: Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at creating high-impact presentations and influencing across senior levels.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across departments and building strong relationships in a matrixed environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
