Job description

Join to apply for the Client Relationship Management Analyst role at Pearson.

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering recognition targets and positioning the PTE suite of tests as the tests of choice within institutions. They work with institutions to raise the profile of PTE and related testing products, building brand awareness and demand for English language tests within their territory.

The Client Relationships Manager collaborates with ELL colleagues globally to drive activity between sending and receiving markets, representing the interests of the US in product development and providing market information to the business.

This is a remote/home-based position with approximately 25% travel, including visits to college campuses and national meetings. Please note that we do not offer relocation packages. The ideal candidate should be based in or around:

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a tactical plan across higher education institutions within the territory to secure endorsement, use, and recognition of the PTE portfolio.
  2. Build and manage relationships with Admissions Offices, International Offices, and university leaders to increase awareness and endorsement of the PTE portfolio.
  3. Use sales and influencing skills to develop university and college relationships, demonstrating the benefits of the PTE portfolio.
  4. Conduct campus visits and virtual campus days, connecting with 15+ faculty/staff daily using effective consultative sales techniques.
  5. Proactively promote the PTE portfolio and expand brand and product awareness with education associations, study consortiums, and recruiting agents.
  6. Represent the PTE portfolio at industry conferences, forums, and events.
  7. Support universities and colleges through workshops and seminars on English language testing.
  8. Stay informed about developments in higher education, competitor activities, and Pearson products.
  9. Collaborate with key sending regions to grow US-bound test takers.
  10. Assist universities and colleges with score verification, recruitment, and admissions.
  11. Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.com (OneCRM).
  12. Demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills.
  13. Deliver presentations to stakeholders via conferences, webinars, and social platforms.
  14. Understand market dynamics and competitive positioning, emphasizing our value proposition.
  15. Prioritize customer needs and promote teamwork and positive behavior.

Compensation varies based on factors like skill, experience, and location. The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000, with eligibility for a sales incentive plan. Benefits information is available here.
