Job description

Join to apply for the Client Relationship Management Analyst role at Pearson.

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering recognition targets and positioning the PTE suite of tests as the tests of choice within institutions. They will work with institutions to raise the profile of PTE and related testing products, building brand awareness and demand for English language tests within their territory.

This role involves collaboration with global ELL colleagues to drive activity between sending and receiving markets. The manager will represent US interests in product development and provide market insights to the business.

This is a remote/home-based position with approximately 25% travel, including visits to college campuses and national meetings. Please note that relocation packages are not offered. The ideal candidate should be based in or around:

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a tactical plan across higher education institutions to promote the PTE portfolio.
  2. Build and manage relationships with university staff to secure awareness and endorsement of PTE.
  3. Use sales and influencing skills to demonstrate the benefits of PTE to universities and colleges.
  4. Engage with faculty/staff through campus visits and virtual events, employing consultative sales techniques.
  5. Expand brand and product awareness with external stakeholders including education associations and recruiting agents.
  6. Represent PTE at industry conferences and events.
  7. Organize workshops and seminars on English language testing for universities and colleges.
  8. Stay informed on developments in higher education, competitors, and Pearson products.
  9. Collaborate with sending regions to grow US-bound test takers.
  10. Support universities with score verification, recruitment, and admissions.
  11. Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in Salesforce (OneCRM).
  12. Deliver presentations via conferences, webinars, and social platforms.
  13. Understand market dynamics and competitive positioning.
  14. Prioritize customer needs and foster teamwork.

Salary ranges are influenced by various factors; for this role, the full-time salary is between $55,000 and $60,000, with eligibility for a sales incentive plan. Benefits details are available on the company website.
