Job summary

Truist is hiring in the United States for a Regular, full-time role focused on delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships. The position combines in-branch service with consultative sales and occasional teller duties to support both consumer and business clients.

Responsibilities include advising on lending options, processing loan applications, and maintaining compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand and retain relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Engages clients with courteous conversation while conducting transactions and helps navigate the branch.
