Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC in Tennessee is seeking a Client Relationship Leader for our CAAS practice to grow client relationships and lead strategic engagements. You will work with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business development, identify opportunities, and present tailored solutions to senior executives.

A minimum of 10 years of experience, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and CPA are preferred, with a strong client-delivery mindset and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in public accounting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Client services delivery orientation with relationship-building and business development drive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gain executives' confidence.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones in the community.
• Collaborate with Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business.
• Identify opportunities, solve problems and close deals with targeted accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy for new prospects and present to clients.
• Project manage engagements to meet client needs and keep CRM updated.
• Maintain business development targets and sales activities in CRM.
