Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Client Relationship Leader for our CAAS practice in Shelton, Connecticut. This role focuses on expanding client relationships and driving business development initiatives while managing ongoing engagements effectively.

Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience, ideally including Big Four Audit Manager experience and a degree in accounting or finance. We offer flexible PTO, wellness stipends, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or public accounting.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new community relationships.
• Work with Managing Principal to drive business and service offerings.
• Implement sales strategy for new account prospects.
