Job summary

CLA in Tennessee is seeking a Client Relationship Leader for our CAAS practice. You will expand existing relationships, build your network, and drive services with the Outsourcing Client Service Team.

You will identify opportunities, manage engagements, and maintain CRM activity with senior executives. 10+ years in public accounting and a degree in accounting/finance/business are required; CPA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of work experience in Big Four audit management or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Client services delivery orientation and relationship-building experience.
• Ability to participate in business development initiatives and engage senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and network to develop new relationships in the community.
• Work with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business and service offerings.
• Recognize opportunities, problem solve, and close business at targeted accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy for new accounts, prepare client presentations, and attend networking events representing CLA.
• Project manage ongoing engagements to meet client needs.
• Maintain business development targets and CRM activity.
