Job summary

CLA is hiring a Client Relationship Leader for our CAAS practice in Tennessee to drive growth and service delivery for a diverse client base. You will expand existing relationships and build your network in the community.

You will work with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to push offerings, identify opportunities, and close business. You will manage engagements and maintain CRM-driven activity and targets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of work experience including Big Four Audit Manager or public accounting.
• Experience in industry and client services delivery with a sales mindset.
• Strong relationship management and senior-level engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones in the community.
• Collaborate with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive offerings.
• Identify opportunities, solve problems, and close business at strategic accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy for new prospects and attend networking events representing CLA.
• Project manage engagements to meet client needs and maintain CRM activity.
• Maintain business development targets and sales activities in CRM.
