You’ll work under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, helping deliver an unparalleled client experience while growing your knowledge of financial services. Licensing is optional now, with Schwab supporting Series 7 and 63/66 if aligned with your career goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client/customer service experience.
• Preferred background in Financial Services/Wealth Management.
• Licensing isn’t required, but Schwab will support Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if aligned with goals.
• Excellent written and oral communication; tactful, diplomatic with client needs.
• Independent and team-oriented work style with ability to multitask.
• May be asked to become a Notary.

• Support branch operations and ensure smooth daily service.
• Develop cross-enterprise relationships and maintain brokerage knowledge.
