Trillium Staffing is seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team in the Reno, NV area. This temporary to potential direct hire position offers $23.00 to $25.00 per hour and standard hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with clients by understanding their business, purchasing history, and ongoing needs.
• Provide responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service.
• Support an assigned Client Relationship Manager by providing exceptional service to their portfolio of clients.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions that support clients' businesses.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain organized and accurate customer information and documentation.
• Manage a high volume of emails across multiple accounts while prioritizing requests and responding promptly.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks that support the Client Coordinator department.
