Job summary

Preferred Credit, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator to support daily client service operations in a fast-paced team environment.

You will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to resolve escalated issues while helping sustain efficient workflows. Responsibilities include troubleshooting escalated application and contracting issues, assisting with department processes, and providing daily support for team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a lead type of role.
• Experience with escalated levels of responsibility in prior position.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves escalated application and contracting issues and questions.
• Assists employees with department processes, procedures, and technical needs.
• Provides overall daily support and presence for department team members.
• Monitors outbound queues while adjusting and delegating queues as needed.
