Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner and direct as needed.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with warehouse for order release.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping addresses and pricing, and communicate discrepancies to customers.
• Send invoices via USPS, email, or portals as requested.
• Create and update customer accounts in ERP and CRM systems.
