Qualifications

• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Assesses customers' banking needs and recommends solutions.
• Collaborates with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
