Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset.
• Ability to make appropriate recommendations meeting customer needs reactively and proactively.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Assess and attend to banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and suggest solutions.
• Open and service consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
