Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s goals.
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open/close branches.
• Contribute to serving communities and making a difference.
