Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. The role emphasizes a digital-first mindset, guiding clients on deposits and loans and tailoring financial solutions to meet goals.

The position has multiple levels (2–4) with salary ranges shown below and requires 3–5 years of customer service and sales experience. Role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled days.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Experience assisting less experienced personnel.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients face to face or via remote channels to understand banking needs and provide solutions.
• Originate and close consumer loans; open and manage accounts.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Support sales campaigns and promotions to achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain trust-based relationships.
