Qualifications

• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and digital channels.
• Assess and address customers’ banking needs, recommend solutions.
• Open consumer and business accounts; process service requests; submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools and services.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and policies; deliver accurate service.
