Job summary

The position emphasizes outbound client outreach, cross-selling opportunities, and adherence to controls. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required to cover staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courtesy while handling transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales process via outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training programs.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
