Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Regular full-time teller/CSR to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management activities.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency with basic office software. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and accommodate location changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation during complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach, checking offers, and identifying needs; refer to branch team or specialist.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
