Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with banking products and services.
• Willingness to complete required licensing.
• Adherence to risk, privacy, and regulatory policies.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Explain products and services and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients to use technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts.
