Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensed requirements include SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days if not already licensed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities
