Five Star Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Geneva, NY. The role combines financial knowledge with an advisory approach to deliver personalized solutions and foster lasting customer relationships.

You will drive sales and service goals, educate clients on products, and collaborate with mortgage, wealth, and commercial banking partners to identify opportunities. Strong communication and a consultative mindset are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of financial services experience (banking, credit unions, lending, or insurance) with consultative sales or customer relationship management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a consultative approach to client engagement.

• Provide financial guidance and personalized solutions to clients.
