Five Star Bank in New York is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to help customers with everyday banking, process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, and open personal and small business accounts.

You will educate customers on online and mobile banking, refer complex needs to Relationship Bankers, and participate in branch events to strengthen community ties while maintaining compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking, retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Excellent communication with a consultative mindset.
• Comfort using digital tools and helping others navigate technology.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account service requests with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and understand customers' goals.
• Assist customers with opening personal and small business accounts; support lending applications.
• Educate customers on online banking, mobile apps, and ITMs; promote digital tools.
