Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch in San Francisco. You will represent our brand with hospitality while using banking solutions and technology to help clients achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, expanding services, and guiding customers through products. The role requires regulatory awareness, strong communication, and availability for weekend hours to support branch operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required (or ability to obtain within 180 days).
Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand clients’ needs and build trust.
Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to solve banking needs.
Learn products and procedures quickly to provide effective consulting with internal experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
