Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch in San Diego to represent our brand with hospitality and leverage digital tools to serve clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships while offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor products to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, meeting compliance obligations.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to help banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and consult with team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
