Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to work with existing clients and prospect for new relationships, deepening trust by booking business directly and by referring to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury partners.

You will open accounts, handle teller duties as needed, engage clients through calls and conversations, and travel between banking centers up to 60 miles per day while maintaining the Bank's Experience standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2–3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as deemed necessary by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Partner with internal constituencies to provide service or solutions to clients.
• Ensure timely client follow up calls.
• Maintain compliance and risk management standards.
• Travel between banking centers as needed (up to 60 miles/day).
