Job summary

The First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to serve existing clients and prospect new ones in our Ohio branch. You will deepen client relationships by opening accounts, processing transactions, and referring to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, and Treasury partners to meet financial needs.

You will engage customers through proactive outreach and follow-up, delivering the First Client Conversation Model to provide a best-in-class client experience, while upholding compliance

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of sales and service experience in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years of coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 4–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance; run teller drawer as needed.
• Support client engagement through active calling and follow-up.
• Refer clients to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking and Treasury management partners.
• Adhere to compliance and risk management standards.
