Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's resources, including in-branch and digital services.
• Meet personal and branch goals through in-person and outbound calling.
• Open and close accounts, advise on suitable options, and respect CIP/BSA rules.
• Assist with consumer loan requests and portfolio knowledge.
• Refer clients to partner teams for business and mortgage needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with an optimal customer experience.
