Responsibilities

• Share and recommend Simmons resources, including in-branch and digital services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound calls.
• Open and close accounts, assist with account selection and research.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies.
• Refer clients to partner teams for small business, mortgage, and advisory needs.
• Ensure high client satisfaction with professional service and accurate transactions.
• Complete compliance training and adhere to applicable laws and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
