Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver a high-quality client experience and support branch operations. You will handle routine transactions, promote digital banking tools, and assist with outbound client outreach while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and customer-service skills, and availability for weekends. The position offers a base hourly range of $22.00–$25.00 with potential incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer and software skills used for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and handle cash reliably.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required and occasional weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients during transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and referrals to branch specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management for client solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and continuous training.
