Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality while acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using banking solutions and digital tools.

You will educate clients on technology, tailor recommendations, and collaborate with experts to address complex financial needs, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone with tailored recommendations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• LICENSING: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships, understand needs, and tailor recommendations.
