The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of cash handling or client service experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights possible

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience to maintain service levels, handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and referring clients as needed.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk mgmt policies to stay compliant.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
