Job summary

U.S. Bank Blaine, MN is hiring a Client Relationship Consultant 2 to build trusted client relationships across multiple channels and to provide custom financial guidance.

You will identify customer needs, educate on digital options, and open accounts while collaborating with the branch team to ensure accurate, compliant service. The role requires NMLS registration and a background in retail banking; you will interact with both personal and small business clients in a digital-first customer

Qualifications

• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration is required under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z.
• Experience with digital banking and self-service tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and explain deposit/loan options.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent service.
