Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in Minnesota to build trusted relationships with customers, assess banking needs, and provide solutions across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.

You will lead process flows for accounts, educate clients on digital services, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure exceptional service. The role emphasizes a digital-first mindset, regulatory awareness, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver a consistent client experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration and background/credit checks required as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via multiple channels to provide banking counsel and tailored solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet their financial needs.
