Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minnesota is hiring a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person and digital channels. You will assess customers’ banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, open accounts, process requests, and guide clients toward self-service options.

You’ll collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver excellent service, comply with NMLS regulations, and support both consumer and small business customers with a digital-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of retail products and services.
• Experience with digital self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels (in-person, by appointment, digital).
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; process service requests and credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent client service.
• Ensure compliance with NMLS licensing and related requirements.
