Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to build and deepen client relationships with a consultative approach.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following procedures.
• Familiarity with risk parameters, tolerances and compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
